Returning your Bite Helper

If you are not satisfied with your Bite Helper, you can return it within 30 days from the day you received it.

Bite Helper’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.

We do not refund any shipping or handling charges you may have paid to receive your Bite Helper. If your Bite Helper is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged a restocking fee.
